Karen Gregory RN, CDIPC

Karen Gregory has over 20 years’ experience working in the outpatient environment, delivering patient care, and developing and overseeing compliance programs. She is a nationally recognized speaker and trainer skilled in translating regulatory and compliance information into captivating educational programming for healthcare workers. Mrs. Gregory is Certified in Dental Infection Prevention and Control® (CDIPC®), serves as a subject matter expert in patient and employee safety and specializes in packaging process and policy content for successful integration into practice.

Karen served on the Board of Directors of the Association for Dental Safety, (formally known as OSAP). She has been awarded all three of the organization’s top leadership awards, including the Dr. James Crawford Lifetime Achievement Award. To provide access to dental care she volunteers for North Carolina Missions of Mercy clinics. Early in 2023, Karen launched her own consulting firm to “inspire frontline healthcare workers to include safety in every process”.
